We form our tribes around our beliefs, go to war, and we all suffer. The line between truth and belief is
non-existent. As is the illusory line between people. Divided We Fall is a video art cacophony of sounds and imagery, reflecting the barrage of conflicting beliefs we encounter every day. Made entirely of appropriated material, representing division, suicide, suffering, addiction, grief, and universal love
(amongst other things). Embracing our cosmo-subatomic-higher-consciousness unity, and each unique perspective of reality, DWF is an amalgamation of fragmentation and wholeness. The sounds and visuals merge, rejecting separations, for the deeper unified whole of being.

Deep Breaths
This work is a meditation on death and rebirth. Springtime in a pandemic. Isolation and mental health. It is a love letter to a park I’ve enjoyed visiting since I was seven years old. Part lyrical film, part diary; this time sculpture takes a moment to breathe, to ‘bathe in the forest,’ connect with nature, and recognize the cyclonic nature of life and the eternal shifting of being. Darkness lingers and encroaches at times. However light and renewal bring hope. The long winter of 2020 is over. The fresh Spring air is here. Breathe it in deep. Let it heal you. We are no more separate from nature than we are from each other. Everything is connected. Created entirely in camera (with a few trims), Deep Breaths reflects that liminal space of opening up and finding unity.
